It is horrible, disastrous, nasty, frustrating, painful and generally not good when it happens. 'It' being those moments when you are given something to do, something specific that requires your very special skills set...
...And you draw a blank.
It can last for minutes, hours or even *shudder* days! Worse still, nothing gets done and you end up feeling even worse because not only are you coming up empty...but someone else is asking you to do the opposite of that.
Cue the horrified scream from a 50's B-movie.
