This week in Sci-Fi 31-06-11

Sorry this post isn't exactly as 'weekly' as it should have been due to illness.

With that said, on with what has been going on in the world of Science Fiction this week!

Falling Skies now has established itself - which, for the sake of sparing everyone a rant on the show's generic nature, I shall leave at that.

The new Transformers movie has opened for fans of Michael Bay's robot-bashing blockbuster.

Going on in Roswell, NM is the International Sci-Fi Film Festival - running until the 2nd July. There's a whole host of great Sci-Fi themed events ranging from the cool to the - unusual. (Like Stormtrooper Belly Dancing...could be fun!) So if you have the chance, head on down to the UFO Mecca for some seriously geeky fun!

And finally, Syfy is running a marathon of 'Warehouse 13' and 'Eureka' starting on the 1st July at 8am!
